Reimbursements

One of the key elements of the BCFAB is to help students get that extra “kick” in instruction to help the student progress.  There are two main categories of BCFAB assistance:  Lesson reimbursements and scholarships for “camps” (such as Blue Lake, Knollcrest, Interlochen).  School sponsored camps and tours and such are not eligible (summer band camp, etc.).  If you have any questions, please use the contact tab to ask for more information.

Lesson Reimbursements

BCFAB is pleased to provide partial private lesson reimbursement for students in grades 6th through 12th who are enrolled in our school’s fine arts programs. A new application is needed each school year. Lessons are reimbursed at 30% of your cost. If your student takes lessons on a second instrument you may fill out an application for each instrument. Maximum reimbursements are $250.00 per instrument per year (June 30th to June 30th of the following year).

Cash for Camp

BCFAB is pleased to provide scholarships to fine arts camps for students in grades 6th through 12th who are enrolled in our school’s fine arts programs. A few examples of camps are Blue Lake, Knollcrest and
Interlochen. BCFAB will present students a camp scholarship of 25% their camp cost to a maximum of $300.00.  School sponsored activities such as marching band camp or choir trips do not qualify for this
program. Seniors are not eligible. Please contact BCFAB by filling out this application and we will assist by verifying that your activity or camp will qualify for scholarship.
